What is BAPI

(BAPI) is a for profit institute that develops franchising businesses which gives back to the people (Freedom Partners) and to different ministries.

BAPI was established by Rites of Passage Entrepreneurs LLC. in 2011 to put into motion an apprenticeship system that would allow anyone young or old to not only learn how develop a gift, ability, passion or skill (GAPS) as a marketable occupation but also learn business principles to franchise their GAPS into a viable business.  The business model is based upon mentors training apprentices in their business until the apprentice can be a certified mentor in that area of commerce thus they are business apprentices.

What is an Apprentice?

According to the dictionary an apprentice is a person who is learning a trade from a skilled employer, having agreed to work for a fixed period at low wages.

Well our apprenticeship system is not based upon low wages. It is based upon revenue sharing and referral ownership

How does it work?

Our business model is based upon establishing business services as opposed to products (we have a different channel for business products)

1. You become a member of our Passion Builders(PBs) Organization
2. You discover your GAPS or your dream that can manifest in to a business
3. Develop a working business plan
4. Sign your business member agreement
5. Develop Associate Training curriculum
6. You are assigned a business development mentor
7. You Implement your business plan
8. your business is added our business service directory
9. You train and certify your apprentices
10. Everyone in our organization act as a referral agent(including Freedom Partners from Dynasty Entrepreneurs Development Inc.)

Transitional Assistance:

We are all aware that most Passion Builders are at present working a full time job, attending school or are in a stay-at-home capacity. In either case that will require a transition period from their current status to becoming a business owner. BAPI has already anticipated that some form of assistance will be required during this period of transition.

This transitional assistance is comprised in an affiliate marketing program designed to place funds back into the hands of each Passion Builders they transition into the ownership of their business. It is also designed to provide them with a lifelong residual income toward their early retirement, and this allows them to transition into operating in the Kingdom of God. The funds form this program is not about PBs becoming rich but is distributed to assists them in becoming free the bondage of finances. Their true wealth is derived from their businesses and from serving.
